Call Me Kandis is the music project of Hamburg-based multi-instrumentalist and singer Tilman Fehse. His sound blends electronic music with indie pop and piano. Tilman describes CMK as his personal musical fingerprint: an expression of sound, energy, art, and emotion.

“I recorded this album to share and show you my thoughts, ideas, feelings and things I like.
I recorded this album to share and show you the world I live in.”

“There is something about making music in the dark of the night. It’s the edge of the day when you’re reflecting on what’s happened or imagining what’s going to happen tomorrow.

People go to sleep and begin to dream. They go to new worlds or worlds they have already been to. They don’t know what they will find. What they will see or hear. Or what they will feel. “

“LITTLE (Live In Hamburg)”

EP, released May 22nd, 2026

“The venue also gave me access to a 3D audio system, which allowed me to place my synthesizer sounds in every corner of the room and move them through space. “A REASON TO STAY” captures exactly that moment in the concert: immersing the audience inside a synth-choral landscape. I performed it right after VV.”

“In February 2025, I had the opportunity to play a solo show at one of Hamburg’s most versatile venues. It was the first time I directed the lighting transitions, visual effects, and music all at once.”

LITTLE became the encore of the 70-minute set: a slow melody, nostalgic and distant, slowly zooming out. A piece that moves with a quiet breath.

After the concert, one person from the audience told me:
“With the last piece, I finally understood how you think about your music. Every musical fragment can grow into something much bigger than just a piano version. I could see it happening in your head while you played.”
